I love and hate Monday’s. I love them as I actually enjoy what I do and don’t like having too many days off but hate them as I am always up to my eyeballs in things to do. This was my Monday today. And the while it is glamorous looking, the truth of it is that I have to personally shine each pair before shipping them out (minus the Puma trainers which are mine). Now, don’t get me wrong, I don’t HAVE TO do it, but I like to as it adds that little extra touch of quality when the customer opens the box and sees his shoes in a beautiful state.
But the downside is that this personal touch (and the fact that the company is growing) is one reason why I am falling so far behind in other things. It’s not a complaint, but a reality. And that is why on one of my 5 email addresses (the ones for TSS blog) I am falling between 3-4 months behind in responding. It is nothing personal to those that happen to be the ones that have yet to receive a response, it’s literally because there are simply not enough hours in a day. It will change soon though. Already taking Saint Crispins lead by implementing a nice young lady to shine my shoes before they enter the box at the factory. Let’s see if it helps!
FYI, the last day of The Shoe Snob accessory sale is today, so up until 12am Pacific Standard time, things will still be on reduction, but after that, it will be all over. Get the sale price while you can!

We wish her a lot of “shining our shoes” success and I can already smell this delicate perfume 🙂
I can see my shoes there, Justin! Thanks for the calls. Really looking forward to wearing them!
