The London Super Trunk Show 2026 date is now official. On May 9th, we will be back in London for our yearly gathering of amazing shoe, shoe care, and menswear brands from around the world. On top of that, we will host our much sought-after yearly World Championship events, as explained in detail below.
The hosts of the event are: Kirby Allison (of Kirby Allison), Jesper Ingevaldsson (of Shoegazing), and lastly me (of The Shoe Snob).
As always, we will be presenting in the heart of London, at the venue Showcase, located at 12 Regent St. (South Regent), a stone’s throw from Jermyn St., Mayfair, and the Soho neighborhood. If you are coming in from out of town, I highly recommend the Zedwell hotel for easy access and good pricing.
The World Championships in Shoemaking 2026
We are back for the 2nd time with a boot as the shoe to make. We love boots and are very excited to see how many brilliant shoemakers transform the idea of a chelsea boot into something completely their own. That is the most exciting part of this capsule event: Seeing how people use their imagination to create unique ideas not showcased before. When they say that ‘Everything has been done under the Sun,’ they never took into account our World Championships in Shoemaking event, which has brought many new, unique ideas to the shoe industry.

The World Championships in Shoe Shining 2026
Our shoe-shining event is a worldwide phenomenon that attracts people from all places. It is always exciting to see who participates and who takes the crown. This event has changed many lives, and one that goes hand-in-hand with dress shoes and maintaining them. It used to be a rule that gentlemen knew how to shine their shoes properly and one event at a time, we will bring that idea back. Make sure to pop by to see this very popular spectacle.

The World Championships in Patina 2026
Patina is a true art form that not only takes skill and patience, but most importantly, it takes vision. The ability to see a blank canvas, paint a masterpiece in your mind, and then recreate it on a 3D shoe with a Saphir Shoe Dye and a paint brush. I always look forward to seeing this greatness not only performed, but especially in the final product. This event goes on throughout the day and for those curious about patina, you get to have a free session by watching three masters go head-to-head for the crown.
