Sample Sale 2020 Now Live!
Right before the world shut down due to the current situation, J.FitzPatrick Footwear received a ton of Sample Sale stock that we had intended to ‘open’ our new shop in NYC with, as nothing draws a crowd like a sample sale does. Alas, that ‘opening’ did not happen in the time nor manner in which we had planned so decided it was best to simply launch it online as they have allowed small businesses in NYC to at least ship out orders for those that sell stuff online.
Some things to note about Sample Sales:
1. It is important to read the guidelines below for why the shoes are in the sample sale and what dictates their pricing
2. There are NO refunds or exchanges
3. Shipping times are delayed due to the inundation of orders and work for us in preparing them all
4. We do not hold or set aside products. They are strictly on a first come, first serve basis.
5. These shoes ship from New York City.

The Sample Sale is a collection of several types of shoes: Samples, Odd Stock/Old Stock, MTO’s made wrong and Seconds/Flawed shoes.
The Pricing is made in a 3 tier range:
1 = Nothing Wrong With Pair – Priced at a ~40% discount from full retail
2 = Small Aesthetic Blemish – Priced at a ~50% discount from full retail
3 = Large Aesthetic Blemish – Priced at a ~60% discount from full retail. Note: this will not be a flaw that deters from the lifespan of the shoe. Just aesthetic flaws. They will be described in the description
On some products, you will see that size is listed and on some, you do not. Where there is no size it means there are multiple sizes of that same shoe in its same grade.
