Norman Vilalta now has belts as part of his recent collaboration with Swiss beltmaker, J.Hopenstand. The Arroyo belt, as it is coined, is available as part of a Pre Order held until June 4th. In the Pre Order, you can choose 7 different patinas and/or create your own via a custom route. The belt has a sleek buckle in a very soft ‘Reno’ grain leather. It is perfect to match your Norman Vilalta shoes that have a unique patina.
These Norman Vilalta belts will most likely be seen as pricey for most, but custom products always are, especially when they are top quality and hand-crafted. It is good to see Norman doing creative things outside of the shoe realm. That blue belt with the red trim is particularly intriguing. I have never seen anything like it. I imagine many of you haven’t either. What is great about these types of collaborations is when they push the envelope, as this one has.
